Staff Training and Development. Turning Point is committed to the development of our staff and have a comprehensive training package. The main ethos of the company is without doubt, care and this is extended to the company employees through preparing staff for any task they undertake or any situation they may find themselves in. Turning Point will adopt the new vetting and barring scheme (VBS). To be implemented July 2010. All our staff are qualified at NVQ 3 Health and Social Care (CYP) and above.
