Newer posts →. March 25, 2010 · 8:30 pm. A few days ago I read an article about perfectionism. The author stated that perfectionists are people who are avoiding an outcome. They use the excuse that something isn’t just right, in order to prevent anything from ever getting finished. This, at first, seemed absurd to me. Does this mean that being a perfectionist isn’t an attribute of those with impeccable skill and mastery over their medium? Filed under Being your own boss. March 19, 2010 · 2:15 am. I rushe...

Brutally Honest Business →. April 26, 2010 · 11:00 pm. Message to the Lunatic You Have Become. I am going to throw out a few pieces of advice I have received since starting my own business:. Act busy, even if you’re not. Ask for what you want. Don’t be afraid to tell people what you’ve done. Do market research and find out if there is a need for the service your business will be offering. A great entrepreneur doesn’t quit or let others tell him his idea cannot be done. Oh yeah, I used to like to draw.

Please resist the urge to keep this information to yourself. Be nice and share with others. The following is the story behind $5 Fridays. If you are impatient (I’m not judging, just saying) then go straight to the sign up page at http:/ LK-GD.com/five.html. Do you lower it for non-profits? April 8, 2010 · 2:27 am. It’s Rough Being a Business Woman. My other issues as a business owner mainly stem from being apart of a group of people that is dominated by men. Is he hitting on me and should I learn golf, are questions I think about occasionally. How can I drink enough so that I don’t look lame, but still appear sober (despite the fact that I haven’t had dinner yet and it’s after 8pm)? How can I look professional in an outfit I just rode 3 miles in on my bike? Filed under Women in Business.

The tricky part is figuring out which one...
