Telford and Wrekin Council have been commissioned by Telford and Wrekin NHS to deliver a Health programme to men aged 30 – 74 years old who live or work in the borough. AFC Telford United are a partner and champion for this project which is aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of the male population of Telford and Wrekin by encouraging men into physical activity and increasing their awareness of other associated health issues.
