12304;臺灣守護民主平台、澄社聯合聲明】 2015.08.04. 昨日（8月3日），教育部長吳思華對關鍵問題含糊其詞、推諉敷衍，錯失了妥善解決微調課綱爭議的機會，這個結果令人遺憾。 日前由台灣守護民主平台與澄社所發起的「教育部長應下台；民進黨應盡責；立法院應修法」連署活動，在幾天內已獲得超過4,600人與四十多個團體的簽署支持。連署聲明中，除了譴責教育部長失職，應辭職負起政治責任之外，為解決目前對立僵局，進一步呼籲最大反對黨民進黨與立法院應有更積極負責的政治作為。 一、 教育部應將新課綱提交立法院，立法院應依法就課綱進行合法性審查. 二、立法院應儘速以「法律」規定課綱訂定程序，各級課綱應在新法規範下重新訂定. 台灣作為一個民主國家，是否需要採行剛性的課綱政策，值得嚴肅討論。 在現行課綱制度不廢除的情況下，立法院應採取積極作為，收回課綱訂定程序的「規範制訂權」，依據「公開透明、專業客觀」之原則進行立法，提高課綱訂定程序之民主規範密度。 新法通過後，教育部應依新法重訂課綱，一併解決十二年國教課綱與高級中學課綱銜接的爭議。 我們要強調，吳思華部長面對學生對微調程序的提問時，支吾...教育部在去年1月強行通...
