Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Thursday, June 18, 2009. I have added a new sidebar detailing my training for the OBX 1/2 marathon. Today was the 2nd day I've run in a row and was really tough. I trained hard yesterday with heavy weight lifting and a run. Today took awhile to loosen up my muscles. It only says 1 day in the sidebar because I cleared my Garmin's history before I ran today. Anyone who wants to run it with me can. I'll definitely try and get my dad to do it again. Monday, June 8, 2009.
