Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Earlier this year Leah's pre-k class learned all about dinosaurs. She would come home each day so excited to tell us what she learned new that day about the dinosaurs. So we decided to take a weekend and take her and Brooke to the Field Museum in Chicago to see the dinosaurs. Leah loved it! She was amazed at how big they were. When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad. Monday, March 30, 2015. Not a lot going on around here, as per usual. Mom and I are taking off for St Louis after work for the Blues game. Blues v Vancouver. Should be a good one. Last time Blues played Vancouver it was a really good game. Lots of fights. Lots of goals. I found this this morning and it is soooo apt. Thursday, July 9, 2015. At the end of the school year Leah's pre-k class had a graduation ceremony. It was so cute. The kids even got to wear a cap and gown! As part of the ceremony their teacher stood next to each individual student and talked about what virtue that student brought to the classroom. She said Leah had the virtue of gentleness. That she has a gentleness about her with everything she does. I thought that was very fitting and very sweet. So it's on to kindergarten next year for Leah!
