Life at the Academy. From homeschool to public school to exchange student. June 21, 2013. I’ve survived two weeks without my Spaniard. It’s been tough at times and I still miss him every day, but thankfully the desperateness that I felt when he first left has subsided. I cried on and off for a couple of days, and then it dwindled to just tearing up when something reminded me of him. Fortunately, it was nothing like when Doodles left and I couldn’t stop crying for. The time passed and as it was getting time to board, they called his name – someone wanted moved to sit with their family so they were giving him a free upgrade to business class! Saturday, September 15, 2007. Strange things are afoot. You can't really tell by this first picture, but when I mow the lawn, I put all the grass in the back of the truck. Someone came along and put neat little rows of grass in various places on the truck, flipped up the wipers and put the tailgate down. Monday, September 8, 2014. New treasures in our spaces. Great old five gallon oil can. The chippy paint is perfect. Tami loves her kitchen goodies! She also collects vintage kids clothes and toys. They are always a big hit at shows. This great little kitchen farm table is typical of what we try to find. If only it could talk. It doesn't get any more shabby than this! This cutie is about 40" tall and would look wonderful in a bathroom full of towels. A rare piece of early 20. United States of America.
