Monday, 8 April 2013. I arrived at Albert Falls to another absolutely perfect day, not a breath of wind and not a cloud in the sky. Couldn't ask for better racing weather. It was set to be a very fast days racing with some great competition from Mitchell Ginsberg and Justin Porteous. Onto the bike I put my head down and treated it as a 20km time trial. Its the fastest MTB course I have raced on with no technical sections so it would be down to pushing the entire bike with no rest.

Monday, 16 July 2012. It was a very last minute decision to head down to Knysna for the XTERRA. I didn't feel that my form was good and decided it wasn't worth spending the money to head down especially with The Imana Wild Ride around the corner. However Nic Visser from AHT Cooling Systems. Felt differently and told me I couldnt miss out and had to go down and do my best, so he offered to cover my entire trip to Knysna which Im extremely grateful for as it was a brilliant race for me.

Wednesday, 12 October 2011. TIME FREIGHT MULTISPORT SERIES ULTRA EVENT. The final Time Freight Multi-X event came in at a perfect time for me, being just 2 weeks before I race World XTERRA Champs in Maui.
