Sunday, October 24, 2010. One of my favorite parts of birthday parties is the birthday cakes! Douglas helped me pick a good picture of R2D2 and we built this cake one section at a time. The web site that I found my recipe on is thecookduke.com. Marley helped me make a quadruple recipe of fondant. Douglas took pictures of the progression and gave me lots of encouragement. I made a bit of a mess, but it was fun! Gracie loved watching and was excited as it started to look like R2D2. One piece at a time:).

Chris Lindsey and Kids. Sunday, October 9, 2011. Autism walk- Team Cayden. Yesterday we had the opportunity to participate in the 2011 Walk Now for Autism Speaks fundraiser and walk. It was at Rio Tinto Stadium. The morning started out super chilly, but just as it was about to start, the sun peaked out and it was pretty nice. Chris Lindsey and Kids. Sunday, December 19, 2010. So last Friday we had our ultrasound. We had originally decided not to find out what the baby was, and Chris was less than thrilled about it! We told the tech we didn't want to know, so when she was ready to look at the gender, she told us to look away. We did, and when she finished she told us it was safe to look. We continued on the measure the spine and legs and I knew what it was. That little stinker kept flashing us his boy parts! We laughed so hard!

Chris Lindsey and Kids. Wednesday, April 28, 2010. My babys first REAL haircut. Cayden got his first real haircut last night! I have trimmed around his ears and neck a few times, but last night he got a real haircut. The back got cut short, and he now has a cute little fohawk. He was pretty good. He sat on my lap and I had to hold his head still because he kept trying to look at the scissors. Thanks again Kortni for making my baby boy look so grown up! He looks so big now! He is growing up for sure!

Sunday, July 10, 2011. Life gets busy and I seem to have a hard time keeping up on this blog. So with Douglas having a new work schedule, I am determined to catch up and hopefully stay that way. Here are a few (21) pictures that prove that we still exist and that we had a wonderful month of March. March is always an important month because we celebrate our Wedding Anniversary.
