Vision & Mission. What is Cerebral Palsy? About Us – Services. The UCPA provides 24 hour care to 50 residents here at the UCPA. Most of our children are abandoned, so the staff here is the only family they have ever known. Most of the children are incontinent and wheelchair bound, they rely on the care workers for their basic daily needs. We run a stimulation programme weekdays in the morning, where the children are stimulated and massaged. Events are coming soon, stay tuned! Story of the Month.

Vision & Mission. What is Cerebral Palsy? The UCPA was established in the 1950’s by Harry Kessler whose daughter suffered from Cerebral Palsy. From then the organization has grown to accommodate 50 children. We provide round the clock care to these children, seeing to their basic daily needs.
