Scope of the Working Group:. The Japan Working Group has been founded to promote DECT in Japan. In particular the Working Groups promotes the 1.9 GHz Cordless Telephony Standard in Japan. The Working Group China has the aim to establish DECT and its derivates/extensions CAT-iq and ULE in China as an official standard, sanctioned by China MII (Ministry Of Information Industry).
