I learn by trying things. And I always aim to fall forward. I was born in Nova Scotia, grew up in both Canada and the United States (dual citizen) and matriculated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce, but have gotten the majority of my useful education through work. I've had the pleasure of spending some good years working and learning in Toronto, Montreal, Barcelona and Brooklyn and now enjoy living two blocks from the beach in beautiful Santa Monica, California. Why is that difficult?
