This is an exploration of what is possible using dynamic webpages connected to a MySQL server database via PHP. The "Adviser Form" link in the navigation sidebar takes the user to a form with which a student could submit a request for a faculty advisor. The "Advisee Report" allows a faculty member to get a real time listing of advisees as either a CSV file or an HTML table. Since data entry and retrieval is via a web browser end-users should be able to work with it using either a Mac or a PC.
