It is hard to get things accomplished (especially our workouts) when we just don't feel like we have the energy. The obvious solution is get more sleep! You should have 7-9 hours of sleep a night. If you have time, try to fit in a 20 minute power nap in your day. You may be dehydrated. Drink up! If you are thirsty, you are not drinking enough. Drink before you get thirsty! Healthy Eating and Fitness Tips. Thursday, January 7, 2010. It's that time of year again: everyone is making resolutions for the new year. Probably one of the most common resolution is to get in shape/ eat better/ lose weight. So many people make this resolution every year. Make this year the year that it finally sticks! The key is to not go on some diet, but instead to make some lifestyle changes. It is OK to eat brownies and cake! I simply worked it into my calorie allowance for the day.
