Monday, May 29, 2006. Sunny day in bos. Yes, it's the memorial weekend, i am not sure what it is exactly but i think it may be something about honoring the dead and the survivors of past and current wars that america has been involved in. i am guessing that because 2 years ago, when i first moved to a house in somerville, there was a parade going in front of the house and i had a chance to watch it. So my interest multiplied, and i asked "why is your ting called "aleppo? The guys who na fret to jump up a...

Friday, December 09, 2005. 90s are better than the 80s. I was watchin an overall review of the bad fashions of the 90s. it s more fun to remember the 90s than 80s or 70s because i can actually clearly remember me and my friends wearing those things too. Some of the things that are worth mentioning are :. Fanny bags; actually i m not so sure about the english name of it but it's a.k.a. "bel cantasi"- wherever you went you looked like a tourist". Tiny tiny backpacks with long straps. No internet at home yet.

Monday, July 31, 2006. It is a big insult on our country to be called Turkey in international forums. Just cuz English-speaking people somehow likened the sound of TURKIYE to a word they already knew, Turkey is not a reason that my country should be called after a bird. And stopped other countries calling itself Abyssinia by putting a ban on international mail sent to Abyssinia and urging people to write ETHIOPIA on their mail. TURKIYE should follow the motherland's steps on this matter! ASLINDA YAPILACA...
