Directe hulp aan kinderen met Down-syndroom in Oost-Europa. In Oost-Europa verdwijnt 90% van de kinderen met het Downsyndroom vrijwel direct na hun geboorte in internaten. De belangrijkste reden hiervoor is dat men zich schaamt voor het gehandicapte kind. Daarbij biedt de reguliere maatschappij nauwelijks mogelijkheden voor opvang en/of begeleiding.
