My little slice of life. Wednesday, January 4, 2012. So turns out with a little knowledge and some keen planning ahead, being vegan ain't so hard :P. I have brought homemade lunches to work and even received compliments on the food. I've made a vegan Alfredo sauce that wasn't any more time consuming than a regular one. I made sandwich spread, salad dressing and spice mix! I'm even enjoying eating breakfast again! I can live without the chocolate, sour cream, yogurt, eggs, gummy candy etc. but CHEESE!
