Ook is er een fikse premie op het aanvangsrendement. Het aanvangsrendement is een middel om de marktwaarde en de kwaliteit van de aankoop (vastgoed) aan te duiden. Het huidige marktlandschap voor studentenwoningen wordt nog niet optimaal benut en er is nog genoeg ruimte voor investeerders om in deze markt te springen.
