When before, they could only park and sell out of private lots, they can now park right on public street and dish out their delicious mobile food! The goal of this new legislation is to promote more interest in neighborhoods and to increase the the activity in street life, in other words, get people out and mingling, shopping and eating! 1112 19th Ave E.
