(Sorry guys, not enough money to stay in a 5-star hotel) It’s a way to save space, by combining lift lobby and staircase landing together, but hell difficult to walk up with a luggage. There are so many connections and tying points. I once watched a documentary on discovery channel. The female scaffolding builder in the show used plastic straps to tie bamboo sticks together.
