It sets on the golf course adjacent to the 15th tee box. From our trailer we can see the golf course, the bay, part of South Padre Island and the Brownsville Shipping Channel. Our lot is protected from the wind somewhat, has palm trees and grass and a large cement pad with storage shed. View out our window.

It is on the Inter-coastal Shipping Channel so we had a great view. We often saw dolphins playing in the water or large shipping barges being pushed by tugboats.
