Dear Mr President 365: Day 363- "On the brink of genocide"
http://dearmrpresident365.blogspot.com/2010/12/day-363-military-resources.html
Dear Mr President 365. Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Day 363- "On the brink of genocide". Dear Mr. President,. The Cote d'Ivoire is, according to UN ambassador Youssoufou Bamba, on the brink of genocide. I will hope that the Ambassador Bamba is incorrect in his assessment of the outlook for The Cote d'Ivoire, but should he prove correct it will be all the more frustrating to watch, helplessly, while my country is able to do nothing to stop it. Third Street Books - the blog: December 2011
http://thirdstreetbookstheblog.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Third Street Books - the blog. Tidbits and thoughts from your local bookseller. Friday, December 9, 2011. This whole Ditch Amazon Day has been interesting, to say the least. We have received much more publicity about it than I ever thought (booksellers like to share news, especially of bold moves against The Man). There have been some flubs. One news outlet listed the wrong store in their article. Another just listed that we are asking people to bring in proof that they bought. Wednesday, December 7, 2011.

Monday, June 25, 2012. We live in a black well of interconnectedness. Does that sound like a contradiction? This is why writers go on retreats. Being off the grid is a tremendously liberating experience. I highly recommend any creative person makes a regular practice of it. There is nothing like the absolute freedom of gazing from one side of the horizon to the other and seeing not a single living soul. And what follows is a burst of creative energy unlike any other you have experienced.

Friday, August 31, 2012. The Next Project (Jason's first post in *how* long? I'm thinking something shorter than a novel. I've got an agent to sell those now; what I want is something I can publish myself, put out and sell right away. (The money's nice on traditional publishing. The waiting isn't.) I've got a few ideas, one that I'm working on with Peter is to put together a pair or trio of novellas with a particular (perhaps secret? I think I like that plan. I think I'm on it. Labels: work in progress.

Monday, October 31, 2011. Truly, though, I don't object. Happy Halloween, and all that. Enjoy it, if you're able to do so on a Monday, or if you already did over the weekend. I'll be sitting at home, having some dinner, probably watching Cabaret because Netflix sent it along. Inappropriate, I know. Maybe we'll dig up a horror movie we can watch instantly? Happy Halloween in any case. Friday, October 28, 2011. You Yes, you. You're awesome. 20,001: A Steampunk Odyssey. Or you may be here because you want t...
