Lisa Knits, Too: Stormy Weather....
http://lisaknitstoo.blogspot.com/2005/05/stormy-weather.html
Lisa Knits, Too. Tuesday, May 24, 2005. Is going to beat me on the skull bag! And I was doing so well! I think I'm in love. OK, I'm exaggerating, but she. Makes me laugh so hard and that's such a good thing. I'm not going to tell her though, since I never tell the people I'm in love with that I'm in love, just in case they don't love me back and then I'd have to spend all my spare time flinging myself onto divans and sighing with my hand dramatically draped over my forehead. Lisa Knits, Too: Dead Batteries
http://lisaknitstoo.blogspot.com/2005/05/dead-batteries.html
Lisa Knits, Too. Saturday, May 28, 2005. I wished to post a picture of my current progress on the infamous skull bag, but it would appear as if my camera battery has finally died. No amount of charging seems to add any charge to it, so I guess now I have to order a new one and wait for it to come. My apologies to the self-proclaimed anxious Leah. Who's bag is coming along swimmingly. Posted by Lisa @ 4:58 PM. Ignorance Is Not Exactly Blissful. I keep this in my wallet. I stitched and bitched!

I'm all about the twisted stitches, lately. So tiny and orderly and lovely. All the little lines are so graceful and. Made the cut - my mai...

Knit Freak: July 2005
http://knitfreak81.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
I am a broke Grad student who needs to be knitting something at all times. I have recently picked up knitting, and I have been addicted to it ever since. Yarn addiction is dangerous and cool. Friday, July 15, 2005. This is the first e. Ver felted clutch purse I have made. It took me about 5 hrs, and I really enjoyed making it! I felted the purse in the sink with hot water and some detergent. It turned out pretty well even though the picture looks a bit fuzzy. It even has a lining and a zipper!

I have babbled before about a project I've been planning for ages - "a spring jacket with three-quarter sleeves, notched cuffs, and lapels in an allover brocade pattern". What do you think? I think the real thing will be done in a deeper blue and a paler, warmer brown - it'd be perfect in heathery, antique-y, crunchy-cool-soft Silke-Tweed.
