If anything can go wrong it will. SMILE.tomorrow will be worse. Wednesday, July 4, 2007. My sad brain is screaming. Needed to get out. Good thing that a good excuse to take a break was a friend's birthday lunch and a sort of thanksgiving celebration that we got this far. We've had good old times together. We'll this wasn't a good day. So I got home. After a few hours I went out to buy sweet corn from a street vendor. It was after all a good day to go out. Murphy's Curse: March 2010
http://earlouis.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
If anything can go wrong it will. SMILE.tomorrow will be worse. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Things I learned today:. 1 Never leave your laptop bag no matter how dilapidated it looks. Somebody might mistake it for a useable laptop and take all your files with it. 2 Never leave your backup drive with your laptop in your laptop bag even if it is chained to a chair inside the ICU. 3 When you hit rock bottom, there is nowhere else to go but up. 4 Excess baggage holds you down. Learn to let go. Ang Blog ng MROD.

Roaming the earth, I thought I could evade their notice so they would leave me alone by standing still and letting the jejemon pass me by peacefully just like in Jurassic Park. However, I got attacked through my cell phone:. Jejemon: Eow poh, dr. dito poh bah kayo bukas? Me: Who are you texting? May I know who is this? Jejemon: Kao poh, si jejemon name poh etoh. Realizing kao po is kayo po=you. Ang Blog ng MROD.

If anything can go wrong it will. SMILE.tomorrow will be worse. Sunday, January 3, 2010. Punta de UiAN I. A medical resident gets 2 weeks of leave in a year. The travel bug in me is struggling to leave the Sampaloc area and was planning to go anywhere far from the crowded city. I've been hearing about Anawangin for quite awhile. White sand beach, pine trees and sea turtles. A couple of websites showed pictures of Anawangin and nearby islands. I planned to follow the trail of akyatbundokgang. I can't risk...

Murphy's Curse: November 2009
http://earlouis.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
If anything can go wrong it will. SMILE.tomorrow will be worse. Sunday, November 22, 2009. My most recent grandrounds was about a shoulder abscess in a diabetic. One of the questions raised was what could have caused the shoulder abscess. One point raised was that the patient had massages done on her shoulder which could have "contaminated" the area. One of the consultants blamed the massage therapist for not having clean hands. Can't help but smile and be reminded of a bad experience. Ang Blog ng MROD.
