June 9, 2009. June 18, 2009. Vaguely Cajun @ Saucy Mary’s 6th June 2009. Vaguely Cajun at Saucy Mary’s. Over the sea to Skye, this was our first gig on the Island and we all had a good time. They like to start late and finish early in this part of the country. We didn’t mind but it seemed that we only played half the set and finished feeling fresh rather than the usual, knackered! Finally we have control over the PA beast! We look forward to playing in Saucy Mary’s. Where they are fond of fiddles!

June 29, 2009. June 29, 2009. StrathGlastonbury 26th June 09. We were asked to perform at the Strathcarron. Hotel for the alternative Glastonbury festival and of course were delighted to attend. The heat was intense but we coped well and played through the set, setting things up for our good friends the Big Field Blues Band who were playing the following night. A special mention to our new occaisional member of the band, Charlie, who produced some outstanding trumpet solos on a few of the songs.
