Summer is finally here! I'm so happy to be on summer break and be totally stress free with no tests, quizzes, crazy teachers and/or annoying classmates. I truly don't mind school too much,. I have been absent for far too long, but I'm back and here to stay. I took a break before because my computer was pretty much broken and the next week I was in Georgia for spring break. Getting Back on Track w/ A Healthy Breakfast. Over the course of last weekend I ate really unhealthy. Blend strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, ice and a bit of oats together and just drink it on the go! It's just an apple {my favorite is honeycrisp}, granola and peanut butter. Smoothies and think they are an essential way to start your day. They easily fill you up without filling you with junk. They may be high in calories, but all of these calories are easily burned off because they are from fruit! I'm not sure if you saw this recipe featured in Undeniable.
