September 6, 2012. Anyway, I love ballet and wanted to express the dynamic movements of dance in this piece. I also wanted to portray the story that captures our imaginations so vividly. I’m very happy with the results. Will be in the Smithsonian Catalog this Christmas season as well as the Kennedy Center (DC), Disney Center (LA), and the Boston Ballet gift shops among many other high-end gift shops around the country. No sooner we finished up with our long-awaited baptism/blessing weekend, we went on a road trip for a double-header Thanksgiving. First stop, Thanksgiving in Detroit with Mike's side, and 2 days later Thanksgiving again with my parents. We were glad for more time spent and memories made with family. This year we were excited for Amelie to meet the big guy. As you can see, she was fine with it. No tears! And for the very first time, Julia was on board. Only took 4 years. We were all lying around in bed way too long, and then the kids just started giggling and having a great time with Amelie.
