Had a good time at the gun show. Long line to get in (30 minutes to get to the door) but there was a lot to see. Only one dealer had the Walther PPQ I was looking for. I'll have to check them. Out when I'm ready to buy (I liked it a lot - wish I could shoot it before making final decision, but no gun range seems to have one to rent).

Saturday, January 17, 2009. Today we went to the Reynolda House Museum to see their Chuck Close: The Keith Series exhibit. The exhibit consists of 6 works and one study by Chuck Close of his friend Keith Hollingsworth. These pieces all use the same image of Keith as the source, but with each piece, Close used a different technique to recreate the image. In 3 of them, he used his own fingerprint to create the image.
