Chuvas torrenciais e deslizamentos de terras provocaram o caos na ilha, deixando um rasto de destruição. Veja aqui a galeria com as fotos da tragédia. O temporal de ontem terá sido o mais violento na Madeira desde 1993. Segundo o último balanço do Governo a catástrofe provocou pelo menos 40 mortos, 120 feridos e 240 desalojados. Os indivíduos adultos se alimentam geralmente de néctar. A abelha tem cinco olhos.
