Find, Make, Do: Shopping by Colour
http://findmakedo.blogspot.com/2011/04/shopping-by-colour.html
About Find, Make, Do. Thursday, April 7, 2011. I love this series of photographs by Marco Ugolini. Displaying supermarket products divided by color. They are currently part of a group exhibition called Food For Thought. There is no doubt the colour of food packaging can evoke a response in the consumer. Which raises the question. Are we being influenced by food companies to purchase their products according to the colour of the packet? Posted by Betty Jo. June 19, 2011. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://findmakedo.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
About Find, Make, Do. Tuesday, February 1, 2011. While shopping in my favorite precinct of King St. Newtown while on holiday in Sydney, I finally got to visit Made590. And was very taken with these Pin Pal. They kind of summed up me and my moods when on a holiday with two kids and no Mr BJ! I now want the matching hair clip. I have been a fan of Pin Pals on Etsy. For ages, and love their cute blog. Sara is an illustrator and designs paper toys and T-shirts. Posted by Betty Jo. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

I have collected a few of my favorite time pieces assembled from recycled materials from flickr. From the simple vintage plate to the tin robot assemblage, adding a clock movement takes the item from decorative to functional. 2 Atomic Eggbeater Clock. I love Kim from the Sassy Crafter's. Of egg beaters to make her version of the Atomic Clock. Vintage trays also get a makeover in the Sassy Crafter's.
