I'm all for moderation, but it's an everyday struggle for me. Once I have those sugary goods, I can't help but want more, no matter how bad it makes me feel. It's sick, really sick that I would want to eat something that makes me feel like crap moments later.why can't I help myself? ARE CARBS MORE ADDICTIVE THAN COCAINE?

Opera Moderne's production of "Turn of the Screw" is of to a great start! I've been eating clean all week! I gave up diet soda this week.boy this is hard.talk about craving.I'm so addicted! But haven't touched a one since Sunday. Went to the gym today and did my HIIT training on the treadmill. NICE to be back!
