My 10 Month Journey to Better Health. 3-4 cups of cooked quinoa. 2 cucumbers (small or 1 large). 2 medium tomatoes or 1 large. 1/2 bunch cilantro, stem included. Approx. 6 T lemon juice (you may need to adjust this to taste). Everything except the quinoa is going into the food processor so chop it into larger pieces, then throw it in. Note: if the jalapeno is really spicy remove the seeds. 1 cup white quinoa, plus 1/4 cup red quinoa, washed and drained. 1 cup fresh corn, off the cob. 2 cups filtered water.

On March 5th he had a belt promotion and earned his yellow belt and on March 25th he had his first karate tournament and got 4th place. We are so proud of him. Gelukkig is voor mij deze vegan challenge ook een keuze en ben ik niet zoals velen door gezondheidsredenen ongewild verplicht mij aan deze leefstijl te houden. Voor mij is het een bewuste keuze en vooralsnog, kan ik zeggen dat ik nog gelukkig ben ook. De zondag, daar kunnen we kort over zijn. UK to Poland by bike. Can I do it? It has been over three months since my bike journey to Poland. I don’t know why I came up with the idea to cycle to Poland but I’m glad I did.
