Breakfast is likely my favourite meal, since most breakfast foods are awesome. Who doesn’t love a meal that can consist of fruit and greens smoothies, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal (you haven’t seen oatmeal until you’ve seen the crazy oatmeal I cook up), muffins, fruit salads, hash browns, and so forth? 2 1/4 cups light spelt flour. 8211; 1/2 cup wheat germ.

This blog hasn’t had much love lately, so I wanted to finish off 2014 with some fitness highlights from this wonderful year! Second marathon, run in Vancouver with a PR! Just like my first one, it was run almost entirely in the rain:. Attending Telluride WOW Health and Fitness festival, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. There, I got the opportunity to run an awesome (but very hard! Adventure race, and got photobombed by fitness coach and author Todd Durkin. Holy yums, this is good!
