Wednesday, June 3, 2009. 1st of fondant and gum paste. Like usual I go to class every Wednesday at 6.30. Today is the first class for fondant and gum paste. What a surprise! Just 3 students in the classroom. In the past course at least more than 10 students. It is not a bad news, the teacher can pays more attention to us. Furthermore, We have much time to ask for a questions. Good for me. What I learn today is making a base for next class cake. 12" cake circles cover with fondant. King of pop music.

Monday, June 15, 2009. OMG, This is real good. It was still has some juicy inside the dumpling when I was eating. The skin is really soft and the filings are so delicious. I really rinse my thumb up. Thank you so much to Marie for inviting us to hers home for having handmade dumpling. Pissed me off, I have tried many times to uploading the picture of the dumpling, but it was not successful. How come? Will try it later. I have out of patient just now, now there is. Here is the photos of the dumpling.

Wednesday, November 26, 2008. Arriving in South Korea Airport. After took a quick shower, went down to 2nd floor to have dinner. At that time, I met a lady who with her 11 years old daughter. We had our dinner in the same table and had a good conversation. She is from Paris, currently staying in Fuji island in Pacific Ocean. Until then, will write again tomorrow. Monday, December 21, 2009. It is feeling good today.After waking up and sees the bright sun shining over my bedroom window. I feel energy today. I have no any reason to stay lazy like old time. It is time to clean up the house. A bunch of clothes, a pile of books and the documents are needed to be organized. A pita pizza will be my lunch today.
