Cakes :-) my passion. There was no special occasion. I just felt it would be time for another cake. I love the taste of this cake. The vanilla-sponge and the choco-cream makes it very soft and light and due to the currant it gets another fruity flavor. Hmmm. Of course I used the small 6 inch (15cm) pan again. Ideal for buffets, in between or by watching sports or series. And they are pretty easy. 1/2 yellow bell pepper. 1/2 cup tofu (100g). 1 big, thick slice farmhouse bread. Of course you can use any other suitable food as well. Dice the bread and roast it golden with some oil. Also dice the tofu, season and roast it. Finally bead everything on the toothpicks. Yum Yum.
