Thursday, February 6, 2014. What do you do to Disconnect? Some people exercise like crazy in an effort to avoid not feeling worthless or fat or not enough. Some people don't eat any sugar, coffee, or "other nasties" because they are scared of what they might do, and become obsessive in that. How about Facebook, T.V., phone, emails.
