A Six Month Adventure in Central America. May 27, 2014. Beach time in El Tunco. I’m back in San Salvador, but leaving in twelve hours for Honduras–my time in El Salvador has definitely flown by! The national dish: basically just fried tortillas stuffed with yummy things like beans and cheese, or pork and cheese), and been eaten alive by mosquitoes (it looks like I have a case of the chicken poxes I am so covered in bites, hope my malaria medication is working).
