There was quite a bit of excitement (too much really) as the city supervisors and the cops all came out, while neighbors gawked at the garbage truck parked in the middle of the street. Now I am driving a brand new rental car (that the city is paying for) while the City of Phoenix decides if they want to total my truck or fix it. I was looking for the tortillas, when all the suddden the lights go out. "Hmmm. is this their way of telling everyone in the store to leave? I thought.
