My Story: Dealing With Anxiety – Kathy Lokay
https://kathylokay.com/2016/10/05/my-story-dealing-with-anxiety
Mom, CEO, Yogi, Runner, Foodie, Longhorn, Adopted Pittsburgher. October 5, 2016 •. My Story: Dealing With Anxiety. It’s amazing how something so fundamental to who you are can go unnamed and unrecognized for most of your life. For me, that something was anxiety. It was a feeling that I was always about to be found out as an imposternot as smart as I was thought to benot as good of a friend as I’d hope to be.

Mom, CEO, Yogi, Runner, Foodie, Longhorn, Adopted Pittsburgher. May 12, 2016 •. Confessions of a Practicing CEO. Last month marked my 20. Anniversary of working in oncology. GAAP, SEC, FASB, HCFA were my language. Charge capture was my muse! I didn’t know how to build a team, much less a high functioning one. Instead, it...

Mom, CEO, Yogi, Runner, Foodie, Longhorn, Adopted Pittsburgher. October 19, 2016 •. Today, I feel we have a very good process in place. I can’t call it a great process until the day comes where we never make a hiring mistake again (we’ll obviously never reach that day). We’ve made a number of substantial changes to our process over the years. But just when we think we have it right, we learn more about ourselves and need to tweak the process yet again. Where a candidate is today with these traits is like...
