Thursday, January 22, 2009. We just got a phone call from the doctor, and the tumor is COMPLETELY GONE! The doctors told her that she will be able to be completely CURED from this disease. We are so grateful for all of your prayers.We know that they are heard. Now she will be scheduled for surgery around the second or third week of February. Monday, February 23, 2009. Vicki had her surgery on February 9th and everything went very smoothly. The surgeons only had to take two lymph nodes, which is a good thing. When going in for her follow-up, the doctor said that her pathology reports came back with the best results they could possibly have! She is on her way to a full recovery. The next step is to have radiation treatments which will probably be starting at the end of March. She continues to have herceptin treatments every three weeks.

Monday, August 1, 2011. Our fireworks outreach in June. Fun times at the Boysen's July get together. The "gap" group came over and we also went across the street to Michele's-great day. Summerfest at Raintree -starting with bike parade, then the carnival and ending the day with the "street dance". Swimming at the neighborhood swimming dock with Mary Grace. Camp @ lake of the Ozarks! The restaurant "Jolly Rogers" on the water near the camp. VBS at the church down the street from our house. Always fun!
