Friday, April 10, 2009. Bedtime Prayer, Storms. Tonight, I was lying in bed with Dylan and we were saying our prayers. I always say mine first, just so he can get an idea of what to say. This is what he prayed tonight:. Dear heavenly father, thank you for letting momma lay with me, forget us our sins and bad things are bad things. Amen.". I thought is was funny and cute, maybe because I'm his mom. Bad things are bad things. I love that boy and his innocent heart. I'll bet Jesus smiled, too.

Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Spasms, Baby, Smokey C's. Spasm is such a funny word. It looks funny and sounds funny but I'm here to tell you it doesn't feel funny! Long story short (it could be a lot longer). I had to go to my doctor and he said I was having back spasms. I was thinking 'That's it? Monday, January 4, 2010. Back in April, a young man died in a tragic car accident. It's every parents worst nightmare. He was barely twenty and his mother's only son. I babysat him for a summer, way back when, and his family is dear to my heart and many others. It was, and still, such a heartbreaking time for so many. Saturday, April 25, 2009. This is a video of a gravity wave. We had it happen in our area and it caused lots of wind and there were numerous trees knocked down. I seriously thought that our big pine tree was gonna come down but thankfully there was no damage here. I think the video is pretty amazing. That's creepy and cool at the same time. Life is crazy busy. I started working at a private school this past fall. I'm having a blast, getting happily under paid, and working my kid's hours. God is good. The weather shifted (shocker) from warmer in the morning to freezing at night and we did this after school. So the kids were uncooperative!
