I guess falling back into blogging is going to be more of a challenge then I originally thought! Is life passing anyone else by at about 80 miles an hour? I mean surely it can't just be me. I find it hard to fit everything in on most days, let alone finding a little solace by getting a few hours a day to myself! But a girl needs a little down time before the rush of the day! My family is healthy and we are together! Work is steady and for this I know we are blessed! Bub and I will be celebrating 8 wonderful married years in a little over a month. And honestly, we are lucky! I am forever thankful that I found the man of my dreams! I am feeling great and have been walking 2-5 miles a day!

Sunday, August 21, 2011. Just What I Needed. Ever have one of those moments where you find just what you need when you need it? No, I'm not talking about how I constantly misplace my keys or have to call my cell phone. At any rate, I had one of those moments on Friday. Thursday had been an 'off' day. We've all had them, this one was spurred a disagreement with someone dear to me. Nothing that shook the earth, just one of those days. I picked up a book on massage, a book on reiki, and then I found it.
