Two weekends ago, my brother-in-law called and asked "so do you want a puppy? Guess whose side of the bed Louie slept on last night? What a cute doggie! He reminds me of Bobo. Just wa...

The Road Lester Traveled: Hauling Ash
http://cathouseteri.blogspot.com/2009/06/hauling-ash.html
The Road Lester Traveled. If I could drop dead right now, I'd be the happiest man alive. Samuel Goldwyn. Hauling Ash. Could be the story of a family who owns a crematorium. Could be a Cinderella story. So goes the confusion of ashes and dust. So…… that’s sorta where I’ve left it. Kinda nowhere. I’ve visited and lived many places in my life. But my favorite places have always been near the Pacific Ocean. So here’s my suggestion:. They say there is beefcake for every fine lassie,. And what of my cake?

The Road Lester Traveled: Easily Onward, Through Flowers and Weed
http://cathouseteri.blogspot.com/2010/08/easily-onward-through-flowers-and-weed.html
The Road Lester Traveled. If I could drop dead right now, I'd be the happiest man alive. Samuel Goldwyn. Easily Onward, Through Flowers and Weed. This is my mom (on the right). Circa 1967. And this is how beautiful she is to me. A thing of beauty is a joy for ever:. Its loveliness increases; it will never. Pass into nothingness; but still will keep. A bower quiet for us, and a sleep. Full of sweet dreams, and health, and quiet breathing. Of course I choose my children over you! They are my children!

The Road Lester Traveled. If I could drop dead right now, I'd be the happiest man alive. Samuel Goldwyn. This is the Lord’s doing. It is marvellous in our eyes. Cate Blanchett’s Elizabeth shouted this out when she became queen. I thought to myself. I like this scripture. I’ve heard it a million times. But I think I should like to hear it a billion more. Wonderful pics. I especially like the swimmer sitting with her back in that "waterfall". (Yeah, I know the image is rotated). Great find on the pics!

I OWE MY SOUL TO MASTERCARD: December 2009
http://iowemysoultomastercard.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
I OWE MY SOUL TO MASTERCARD. Of All the Things I've ever lost, I miss my mind the most. Thursday, December 31, 2009. Never let family "Fix" your stuff! In a moment of what I considered familial love, I called my younger brother to take a look at my wife's scooter. In hindsite, I now realize that it was really a total loss of sensibilities on my part. When my middle brother heard that I had given it to the younger one to look over, he just shook his head and said "And to think I used to look up to you".

I OWE MY SOUL TO MASTERCARD: The English Language
http://iowemysoultomastercard.blogspot.com/2012/12/the-english-language.html
I OWE MY SOUL TO MASTERCARD. Of All the Things I've ever lost, I miss my mind the most. Saturday, December 8, 2012. Yes, it makes us all mad that we would be required to learn the native language but we do not require the same of other countries. When our grandparents came to America, if they didn't assimilate the language, they didn't work, eat or get ahead in any way. In short, they had to learn the language or they and their family suffered. With that said, I began to think of American English words t...
