I Write What I Know So Hold On To Your Hats. An Unexpected Surprise Week # 89 ( Picture Prompt) GBE 2. I walked back over to the doors unlatching only the left latches this time, and ran out into a heavier downpour than I had been in before. It took three tries but I got the shutters secured. One of the old iron catches had broken off but I was able to rig it back together. I turned and ran back into the cottage, repeating the locking of the latches. He didn’t lift his head as I entered the shop, he just sort of mumbled. What can I do for you maam? I was hoping that you could build me an iron bird feeder to hang on my back porch. How big you want it? Oh, I don’t know, maybe 1 foot by 2 feet. What sort a birds are you wanting to attract? I haven’t given it much thought. Pretty ones I guess. In the Freezer week #95 GBE2.

I Write What I Know So Hold On To Your Hats. In the Freezer week #95 GBE2. I unplugged the freezer this morning. I will leave the door slightly ajar for a few days as the thawing out begins. I don’t even remember what all is inside, fear and joy are awaiting the thaw. As the good memories begin to reveal themselves I will gently dry them off and set them out for my heart to enjoy. I Write What I Know So Hold On To Your Hats. Monthly Archives: February 2013. I was out on my walk early Thursday morning and as I approached the end of the levy I saw a man fishing along the river. I stopped and watched him with my binoculars and noticed that he was wearing a suit with a camo jacket over it. I thought this was cute and assumed he must be an attorney or something getting in a bit of fishing before going to the office. On GBE2 Prompt …. 3 Stories…. Kathy Combs (@Kathy2….
