This is part of my undergraduate studies at Polytechnic of Tehran (Amirkabir University of Technology). During this project I designed and built a lab size ElectroStatic Precipitator (ESP) to study its characteristics under different Reynolds numbers compared to efficiency, voltage etc. The files related to the project are available upon request for potential employers. The dimensions are all in centimeters and all connections and fixtures are correctly designed. The first design has been considered with tolerance in the assembly; the connections have been made in U shapes to assure correct connection. Render time: 1hour on i7 1.73GHz, 4GB 1333 RAM, NVidia GeForce GT425M laptop.

This project has been done in my undergraduate studies, I have made some minor changes to the files and made renders in newer versions of Solidworks. The project has been done in a team of four students. The aim of this project was to design a crane gearbox majorly based on power output, motor limitations, and an overall estimation of the reduction ratio. The reduction ratio needed to be about 33:1.
