THIS IS A VERY NICE CHINEESE FISH DISHHH.WHY SIMPLY HAVE THE SAME TASATE OF THE SARDINESS.TRY THIS WAY.U WILL LIKEE. 1 Sardines cleaned slit - 1/2 kg. 2 Chilly powder - 3 spoons. 3 Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoons. 4 Soya sauce - 2 spoons. 5 Chilly Garlic sauce - 4 spoons. 6 Mince Garlic paste - 2 spoons. 7 Hot sauce - 2 spoons. 8 Corn Flower - 2 Tb spoons. 9 Egg - 1 no. 10 Vinegar - 1 spoon. 8226; Mix all the above ingredients from 2 to 10 and saute and make it to a fine paste. 100 gms Beans Finely Chopped.

Rava Dosa with KaraPodi. 1 Dosa batter-1/2 cup. 4Greenchillies and pepper corns grind it in the mixi -1/2 tspn. Mix the sooji and dosa batter along with green chilli and pepper paste for the consistancy of dosa. Heat Dosa pan and pour the batter,add oil and make crispy dosas. 1 1 cup rice. 2 3/4 cup – Doppi rice (I used flattened rice WHITE AVIL). 3 1 tea spn fenugreek(methi) seeds. 4 1/4 cup yogurt. 5 1/2 tea spn sugar. 6 1/2 tea spn soda. Roti with Soya Chunks Gravy(Mealmaker). 6Graram Masala Powder-3 tspn. Pressure cook the soya chunks(1 whistle). Heat oil in kadai and add onion chopped,tomato chopped,ginger and garlic paste and saute well till oil cmes out. Now add all the Powder, salt and saute well. Add the soya chunks and let it simmer for abt 5 min. When the gravy thickens bring down and garnish with coriander leaves . Gujarati Dhaal and Rice. 1 Thuvar dhaal-1/2 cup. 2 Ginger and Garlic chopped-2 tspn. 7Cinnamon stick- 1 inch long.
