Au premier abord, elle peut paraître rude, limite inhospitalière. Mais si l'on s'y attarde un peu, on se prend à l'aimer. Le cépage Mansois. Lundi 31 août 2015. Ceci est un beau Côt (et non un bocal)! J'avais dégusté ce Côt Vieilles vignes 2013. Finalement, j'avais tort d'être inquiet. Comme le disent nos amis suisses, j'ai été déçu en bien :-). Le vin est peu fermé à l'ouverture, mais au bout de 30 minutes, sans avoir besoin de carafer, il se présente très bien.
