O vinu valjda…. Fino mi je vino. Grabovac, Pošip Žilavka 2011. Travanj 2, 2013. Strašno me zaintrigirala gomila pozitivnih tekstova o ovom vinu. A i kupaža Pošipa i Žilavka, dvije bijele, južne, aromatične i specifične sorte. Hm….na nosu prilično interesantno. Kao neki eliksir. Prepoznatljivost sorte u nosu, alkohol 14,5, kiseline su vani, bobičasto voće je tu a tanini i alkohol neprimjetni. Srednjeg ali zanimljivog i skladnog tijela, bogato u aftertasteu. Promišljam se između kompleksnosti i jednostavnosti. Super mi je etiketa. Kako biti prepoznatljiv i jednostavan. Bez puno filozofije, potpis je tu.
