Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Dr Charlie Finn, We're Proud to Know You. We've heard that our East 54 neighbor Dr. Charlie Finn of Finn Facial Plastics. Has been helping victims of domestic violence with cosmetic and reconstructive facial services. But Dr. Finn has never been one to boast. The good news was confirmed by an ABC11 Eyewitness News story on his participation in the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery's Face to Face Program.
