There is a garage that can take two vehicles and at the back of which there is secure storage for the like of bikes, boats etc entered by means of a number coded security lock. On the ground floor next to the drying room is a double shower room in which there will also be a sauna in the near future. Folden Gård is situated in the middle of the woods but still close to modern facilities. 10 minutes to Hommelvik, where you can find restaurant, bank, postoffice, grocery stores, bus and railroad. 20 minutes to Trondheim airport Værnes. 35 minutes to Trondheim.
